Channel4 – Cook Along Gordon Ramsay

Last night my girlfriend and I took part in the Gordon Ramsay Cook Along on Channel4 and I have to say we had a cracking night. We were accompanied by Vers brother and wife who shared the culinary delights, stella and fine wine that our kitchen provided. The point I’d like to make about the cook off was the sense of being part of a wider community.

Channel4 asked participants to add images to Flickr using a specified tag (if only I wasn’t pissed and wrote Gordon with an ‘a’ my photos may have had more views!) so that when people searched it would bring everyone’s picture up. Very useful idea for major events. They then also asked people to share their experiences on Facebook. Absolutely brilliant!
